Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 31 August 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
By using eventorya.com, requesting a quote, or accessing an event page or invitation created with Eventorya, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. What Eventorya provides
Eventorya is a digital invitation platform for weddings and private events, currently focused on the Maltese market. We build and host personalised invitation pages, collect RSVP responses, and provide organizers with a dashboard to manage their event and guest list.
3. Organizer accounts and responsibilities
Admin accounts are created manually by Eventorya after agreeing to provide the service to a client; there is no public self-signup. Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of the event details and guest information they upload, and for having a lawful basis (such as the guest's reasonable expectation as an invitee) to share their guests' names and contact details with us for the purpose of sending invitations and collecting RSVPs.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use Eventorya for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
- Do not upload data you do not have the right to share.
- Do not attempt to access another organizer's event, guest, or RSVP data.
- Do not use guest invitation links to send unsolicited communications unrelated to the event.
5. Guest invitation links
Each guest receives a unique, private link to their invitation. These links are not intended to be shared publicly — anyone who holds the link can view the associated invitation and submit an RSVP on that guest's behalf. Organizers should share links only with the intended guest.
6. Pricing and payments
Eventorya's pricing is being finalised as we work with our first clients. Any fees will be agreed with the organizer directly before an event is set up. This section will be updated once a public pricing structure is in place.
7. Service availability
Eventorya is an early-stage product. While we aim to keep the service reliable, we do not currently guarantee a specific uptime or availability level. We will make reasonable efforts to notify organizers of planned maintenance or significant changes.
8. Intellectual property
The Eventorya name, logo, templates, and underlying platform remain the property of Eventorya. Content you provide us (event text, photos, guest lists) remains yours; you grant us the limited right to display it as part of your event's invitation page.
9. Limitation of liability
Eventorya provides the service on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including guests failing to receive or respond to an invitation.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or remove an event or account that violates these terms or applicable law. Organizers may request deletion of their event and associated data at any time by contacting us.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta and applicable European Union law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
13. Contact
